What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is based on the theory that reflex points in the feet & hands correspond to all organs and parts of the body. Reflexes are stimulated by manipulation and compression using hand, finger and thumb techniques. Reflexology relieves tension and stress, improves circulation of blood & lymphatic fluids, increases oxygen flow and nutrients to the cells, promotes balance and equilibrium. The general effect is usually one of deep relaxation. Reflexology is suitable for all ages.   

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word often meaning Universal Life Force Energy. In this therapy, energy is channeled through the hands of a Reiki Practitioner to the client to help facilitate healing. It may be used alone or in conjunction with other healing methods including conventional medicine. Reiki therapy is similar to 'jumping a car battery, giving the client an energy boost to assist them in restoring and renewing themselves'. Reiki Practitioners do not heal others, rather they are facilitators of energy.

What is Reiki Drumming?
Different forms of drumming have been used throughout the ages for ceremonial, spiritual and healing practices. The vibrations of Reiki Drumming affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels of our bodies. Combining Reiki Drumming with Reiki blends two energy frequencies. The experience may enable a connection to inner healing abilities.
